When buying at www.studioavd.com on-line shop you do not risk anything. When buying on-line it can happen that the product does not fit right or does not fulfill your expectations. You can always return it and we give you back your money
Please send the items you wish to exchange/return to our address: AVD STUDIO, Aljaz Vercko s.p., Trg svobode 4, 2380 Slovenj Gradec, Slovenia. Please know you will have to cover the shipping costs.

• You can return undamaged and unused goods in the original packaging in 14 days from the purchase and we will return you the money. Please know you will have to cover the return shipping costs.

• You can also exchange the product for a different one. Send it back to us undamaged and unused in the original packaging and we will send you a new product. Please know you will have to cover the shipping costs. The product can be exchanged on the basis of the original invoice that you received from us.

• You ordered a personalized item and it does not fulfill your expectations unless the product is damaged. 

• Individual sheets from the stationery ordered by you and delivered to you have been torn out, covered with writing or have been damaged or soiled in another way.
  
  If we refuse acceptance of the returned goods and do not send you a refund, we will return the goods to you again at our expense.
